If you are thinking about enrolling at our practice, welcome.

We are currently enrolling patients who live in Mission Bay, Orakei, Kohimarama, St Heliers, Glendowie, Glen Innes, Wai O Taiki Bay, St Johns, Stonefields, Meadowbank, Remuera and Parnell.
Dr Sarah Heng, Dr Luke Luk, and Dr Kate Kelly are currently accepting new patients.
You can enrol using our online form. You will need to provide a copy of your passport or birth certificate, along with copies of Immigration NZ visas if appropriate. These are requirements of Te Whatu Ora (the Ministry of Health) to assess eligibility for funded healthcare.

Your enrolment application will be processed by our administration team. When all information is entered into our system, you will receive an email inviting you to call us to book your first appointment.
